Charlie - 4 month update

A week late in getting this up, but here's the latest information after Charlie's 4 month doctor's appointment last week:

Weight: 10 lbs 10.5 ozs (0.6% percentile)
Height: 21.3 inches (0.0% percentile)
Head: 9% percentile

More importantly, he's still growing at a faster than normal rate and is still on-track to 'catch up' even more over the next few months. Based on some of our readings, it's normal for the head to catch up first, followed by weight and lastly by height--and that's exactly what is happening!
